These terms apply to the services provided by SureHeat Services Limited. By booking work with us you agree to them.
Quotes & pricing
We provide free, no-obligation quotes. Fixed-price work is agreed before we begin. Where work is charged by the hour, we'll make our rates clear up front.
Our work
All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger installations a deposit may be requested before materials are ordered.
Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule a booking by giving us reasonable notice. For booked installations, cancellation after materials have been ordered may incur a charge to cover those costs.
Liability
We carry public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
